Unlike many manufacturers, we don’t take shortcuts to use less silver, and our philosophy is for each piece of jewellery to carry the sense of something special made with pride. As we don’t mass produce our jewellery, each piece is made by hand, and like all things created by the human touch, every item has its own nuances. Given this, we are fortunate to have a wonderful track record of quality and should you (as a stockist) encounter any manufacturing fault in our jewellery, we will happily repair, replace or refund the item.
